RETURN POLICY
All standard products can be returned within 30 days if the product is unused and returned in the original package. Please email or call for return authorization (you do not require an RMA Number) if you need to return or exchange items. A copy of the invoice is required to return or exchange items. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for the return of orders totaling $100 or more. Custom products cannot be returned.
You are responsible for return shipping and we will not refund your original shipping change.

SHIPPING
All orders will ship ground except if requested otherwise. An email is sent to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed. Another email will be sent to you with the tracking information when your order ships. Over-Night and 2-Day shipping options are only available to destinations within the USA. If you need Saturday delivery, you must request it either in our order form "comments" box or by calling us. We will quote the shipping charge for all shipments other than “Standard Ground” or Saturday delivery upon request.
